Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • All guests must go to the BRMC's North Gate to check in and will receive the directions to the house in their arrival packet from the gate.
  • Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the gate closing for the day.
  • The gate hours are as follows:
    • Monday - Friday: 7am - 6pm
    • Saturday: 8am - 4pm
    • Sunday: 8am - 2pm
  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am EST.

Property Access

  • All guests must check in at the North Gate and will receive directions to the house in their arrival packet.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs, UTVs, or dirt bikes. For information about ATV rentals please visit the Off Road Adventures website.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Pets: The property data does not specify the pet policy. Please confirm pet policies directly with the management before booking.

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments.
  • Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • There is paved parking at this home. Parking is limited to two standard vehicles.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
  • There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • We do not provide hair dryers.
  • High-speed internet is provided.
  • Dishwasher, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, oven, stove, and climate control are available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
  • Free parking is available.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Construction Notice / Community Info

  • BRMC is an up and coming community and there are many homes that are currently under construction. Construction noise may be audible from the home.
  • Per the neighborhood's Architectural Review Guidelines, construction will be ongoing Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, Friday from 7am to 5pm, and quiet interior work on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays and the 7am hour is for quiet interior work throughout the week.
  • New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction.
  • Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.
